Colombier

Description

Situated high on the hills of the left bank of the river Ouche, Colombier is 390 hectres at 520 metres above sea-level with 51 inhabitants, a dozen kilometres from Bligny sur Ouche. The village offers impressive views of the valley as the river makes a sharp turn to the right in the village of Pont d'Ouche below. The forest and hills are great hunting grounds with wild boar and deer.

The privately owned chateau of Colombier was been recently completly restored. There are many walks in the nearby woods and hills. The wash house has been recently restored. 5 Gites are available for rent.
