Fleurey sur Ouche is now almost a small town, during the recent years the population has grown. Covering 1269 hectres at 272 metres, the river and canal pass through the village.
The ruins of the fortified farm of Leuezu, which was the scene of a major battle during the Second World War, has a magnificent celling. The viaduc of Fin is also worth visiting. The main street has some shops, cafe, post office etc. There are many narrow streets and old houses.
