
The "bridge over the Ouche" is a very small village located where the canal turns sharpley to the North and passes over the river Ouche. The village lays shadows of the forest of Bouhey, Aubaine and Colombier. This is an important cross roads for the region, as it assures the roads from Pont de Pany to Bligny sur Ouche, but also opens the way to Auxois plains.
The port of the Canal offers good moorings for boats and barges.
There is a snack bar at the port and a cafe in the village.

The village used to have a railway station giving an important liason with Dijon.
